Order
How do I amend or cancel an order?
If you'd like to make a change, such as request a different size, adjust your shipping address, or cancel your order, there's no need to fuss. As long as your parcel has yet to be picked and packed in our warehouse, you'll have the option to amend or cancel.

 

Please reach out to us at hello@corringtonco.com. We'll get the change implemented and confirm it for you as soon as possible.
Do I need to register an account to purchase?
No, but registering an account allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
Do you accept international orders?
Not currently but we will in the future.
Where is my order confirmation email?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after placing an order, please check your "Promotionals" or "Spam" folder in your mail app, or contact us at hello@corringtonco.com for further assistance.
Pre-Sale
What is Pre-Sale?
Pre-Sale is our crowdfunding platform for new products.
How does it works?
We design a new products and release them in our Pre-Sale for crowdfunding. Customers then have 4 weeks to pre-order the products. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered!
Why should I participate Pre-Sale campaign?
By participating in the Pre-Sale campaign, you get to help bring Corrington Co designs to life. You also get to lock in Pre-Sale discounts that average up to 11%!

 

All of our products are crafted with the finest and limited materials, hence we will keep our ready-stock inventory as low as possible due to the high production cost. So participating Pre-Sale campaign could secure your size as there is a high chance that products will sell out after Pre-Sale campaign ended.
Why Pre-Sale is important to Corrington Co?
We are missioned to disrupt the industry by making genuine superior-quality products for everyone at a fraction of the traditional retail price. But the high MOQ and production cost set by the world's top factories have halted our journey ahead.

 

Through pre-ordering a product via Pre-Sale, customers are able to directly support us funding the production and bringing what society once considered as luxury products for everyone.

 

It not only helps us bring our product to life, but it also provides us with the insights and support we need to succeed as a small business.
How long is the funding period?
Every Pre-Sale campaign last 4 weeks. We will stop receiving orders after the funding period ended.
What happens if a product doesn't reach its funding goal?
We are always working hard to present the best product, but ultimately the power is in your hands. If a product is not 100% funded, we’ll reach out to let you know if we decide to pursue the product anyway or to refund you and put our efforts into something even better.
When am I actually billed for my Pre-Sale order?
When you order a Pre-Sale item, your card is charged upon checkout. These pre-orders help us fund that particular product's production. We take your support very seriously, and communicate production and order status along the way to delivery.
When do you start delivering Pre-Sale product?
Pre-Sale orders will deliver during the estimated delivery period noted on the product page "Pre-Order Now" button below. If you pre-order an item from the Pre-Sale campaign, your order confirmation email will include the estimated develiry date for that item.
If my order contains both ready-stock and Pre-Sale items, how do you deliver the order?
If your order contains both ready-stock and Pre-Sale items, we will split your shipments into two. Ready-stock item will be delivered first then followed by Pre-Sale item at later estimated delivery date.

 

Your shipping confirmation email will state the item(s) shipped, and the item(s) you’re still waiting to receive, if applicable.
Delivery
What is your delivery fees?
RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM 16 for East Malaysia. Free shipping for orders over RM 300.
Which courier service are you using?
All domestic orders are shipped with Pos Laju. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we might change to other courier services with the same delivery timeline without prior notice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All ready-stock products will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Orders placed before 12 PM will be shipped on the same business day.

How do I track my order?
Tracking number is sent to your shipping confirmation email. To track your order, just click the "Track Your Order" button and you'll be taken to the tracking website. Please allow 1 business day from the time we sent your shipping confirmation email for tracking to begin updating on the carrier website.
From where are your products shipped?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Penang.
Return & Refund
What is your return & refund policy?
Except Final Sale item, you may exchange or return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Read our full return & refund policy here.
What do I do if I received a faulty/incorrect item?
We apologise if you received a faulty/incorrect item. Please email us at hello@corringtonco.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Refunds are provided for the price of the items only.
How long does the return/refund process take?
Once we received the returned item, please allow 1-10 business days (depends on your payment method) for us to process and refund your payment. Learn more
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
At present we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Online Banking (FPX).
How to apply coupon?
You can apply your discount code at checkout page. We allow one discount code per order, unless otherwise stated.

 

Mobile: On checkout page, click "Show Order Summary" under the logo, enter your discount code and click the arrow button to apply the code.

 

Desktop: On right side of checkout page, enter your discount code above the "Subtotal" price, and click "Apply".

 

Final Sale items are not eligible for any promotional discount.

Do you have a store?
Currently, no. Why? The cost of setting up a physical store would affect your buying experience with us as the additional cost is indirectly translates into your order.
Do you accept corporate/bulk orders?

What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are as follows:
